Dissatisfied with service as buyers

We would like to report our disappointment in the way our house purchase was handled by our estate agent Jill Lloyd. <br> 1) We were told there was another offer on the house we wanted but she never showed it to us and when we made an offer she called us within the next few hours to say it was accepted. As I understand, she should have showed us the first offer if there really was one. This was in October 2014, date of transfer on her advice was 1 February 2015<br> 2) She never responded personally to our calls or emails until we refused to pay an advance of R65000 in mid January to her \very close friends"who were also the buyers. She was very demanding and abrupt during her phone call regarding this issue.<br> 3) the transfer finally went through in mid July 2015 after numerous delays on the sellers side and absolutely no contact from Jill. She was not there to hand over keys to us or even send an email of congratulations. <br> <br> We have another property that we have rented out and wanted to use Sotheby's but after Jill's cold and superficial treatment I decided to go with another rental agency. We will also never recommend the agency especially not Jill herself to any of our friends."""
