Sosolar

I have never come across a worse supplier. They couriered a solar Geyser to me which arrived with broken vacuum tubes and the incorrect bracket for the Geyser. I paid them an additional R300 over the courier cost for the transport. In 5 months they were not able to supply the correct brackets and vacuum tubes. Understanding that Sosolar could easily claim the transport and the cost of the vacuum tubes from the courier company. Sosolar chose rather to put the responsibility onto the customer. I fail to understand that this company is still in business.
