The worst Wig store ever. No customer sevice, Even when you purchase the hair no communication at all regarding the purchase. No extra accesories, wig cap to promote the hair. The packaging is the worst. Only communication is from the Courier company, nothing more. Total silence. Purchased Body Wave wig from SoSo D Hairline, the hair qulaity was bad, dry, shedding, even with feel on hands. Emailed them requesting an exchange a day after the wig arrvied, was told no exchange because of their Refund policy. However, their policy makes no mention of Body wave wigs at all. If you want waste your money, buy SoSo D Hairline.
