Poor Ethics

The owner refused to give back any part of my deposit even though I informed him in advance of my cancellation and circumstances. This was an issue the previous time also when I made use of their services. I only requested to change the date and was charged 500ZAR more as a penalty. This makes their services unreliable because sometimes due to circumstances booking dates change! From the looks of it this is customer entrapment as the owner keeps the entire deposit regardless if you use his services or not and has no care for cancellations. This kind of treatment is ******** towards a consumer and I will seek recourse as effectively this company has charged me 1000ZAR extra to date and has rendered no extra services. I was also never made aware of their cancelation policy.
