Poor service delivery by soshanguve hotel

Yesterday on mothers day soshanguve hotel hosted an event for mothers day celebration and they said buffet will take place from 13:00pm-15:00pm so unfortunately 13:00 passed by without giving us the meal and even the starter they wrote on the pamphlet that they said they will offer us they were not there. 14: 00 that's when they started to offer people the meal and we were too many more than 300 people and unfortunately the food was not enough it got finished while we were on the queue to the the meal and I paid a lot of money ,and those who got the food were complaining that the food was very tasteless .So I was with older people they were already feeling dizzy because of hunger because we waited for the food for so long we ended up leaving and going out to buy for ourselves the food somewhere else. So I want my refund money because I received nothing from soshanguve hotel and I paid a lot of money
