Workers not working

That Shoprite manager needs to be fired!!!!!! How can customers pack their own groceries when that shop has loitering workers in the shop.They look at us while we struggle to pack and laugh at us.i have complained to the manager and response was that I must not buy there if I don't want. Other ShopRite,checkers in other malls have packers . Please assign packers ,we can do their job as customers.
