Spilling sewage left unattended in mall parking.

I came to the mall on 22 March 2024. Based on my bank sms, I must have gotten her between 14:00 and 14:15. I parked in the ba*****t parking, and as I left my car, I could hear the sound of running water. But I thought nothing of it.

I did my shopping and left for my car around 17:45. I found my car, and those around mine, standing in a pool of sewage water. And I could now see the pipe spilling the water, together with feaces on the floor.

I was with my 2 year old and had to walk into this disgusting human waste to get into my car. And i was wearing flat sandals and ended up with my feet submerged into sewage!! I have never been more angry in my life! Especially because there was absolutely no way that nobody in the center management was aware of this problem since their office is situated a few meters from the spilling sewage. You could even smell it.

I went to the office and found that they'd knocked off. They hadn't even tried to close off this parking area to avoid more mlpeople being exposed to this.

After spending a few thousand Rands at this mall, I honestly feel very angry. This kind of thing is unacceptable! I am never using this mall again!

Someone please advise on how to take this further to health authorities because this is a health risk to patrons...we have children exposed to this!!
