Being victimised by taxi association

I’m very disappointed with how the mall handles us customer witching the community be bul**** by taxi drivers, who don’t allow us to have our own choices in the transport that we use. My daughter and I were forcefully removed in a Bolt car that I have requested with my own money then forced to get in a taxi and was told to download an app which isn’t known or trusted within the community. The centre management isn’t doing anything about this and is very much aware of the dangers that customers are being put in by the taxi association and is simply doing nothing about it, why do I have to experience this in my community but when at other malls I don’t get victimised like this
