Abusive taxi drivers at soshanguve crossing

The soshanguve crossing mall is dismally failing his customers, why does he allow taxi drivers to bully and dictate customers when they came for shopping, they forced me to cancel my uber ride ,dragged me out of my uber and forced me to take the shesha drive which I don't know and don't trust,they are so disrespectful, swearing at me a customer at crossing,those taxi drivers have turned crossing into something else ,at wonderpark there is no such violence at all ,we are being violated and abused ,the crossinganager must attend the taxi drivers we can't be bul**** by taxi drivers with our own money we can't
