Owner Alex needs anger managemnt and conflict resolution lessons

I have never experienced such shocking treatment. We were broken into in the early hours on a Monday morning. They targeted our property by putting the mains off on the Friday afternoon. By the time the battery packs went down, SOS was notified of a power outage alarm. Nothing was done. Today i phoned the owner, Alex to try and understand why we were not notified. After shouting and raising her voice, she hung up. I called back, andher husband answered on speaker phone. I politely asked why we were not notified of teh alarm, as in the past they had informed us - (this method to break in has been used 3 times before whilst SOS has been our service provider) She then shouted out must she also wipe my As$. She then further shouted insults at me. Never before have I been so attacked and insulted by a service provider. Do not use SOS at all costs, they leave you feeling attacked after a traumatic incident
