No patrols

When I signed with SOS I was assured of patrols. Nothing and I asked. Early 2017 I was changing to Londoloza and then SOS said there would be patrols and they did a lot more than expected, for several months. End Oct /Nov nothing and this time they blamed the other security company, the meetings with the police. Apparently told they are not allowed to do patrols in the area. And the manager confirmed their response time is 10 to 12 minutes which is not what I was told when I signed with them and not consistent with other security companies in the area. The only consistent and regular thing about SOS is the monthly debit order. When did it stop been about the customer and the promises they made when entering into the contract, and all about the security companies. There are reasons I didn't sign with the so-called preferred security company in the area and that is because I joined SOS because of the self-elected committee and that security company's behavior and conduct - no other reason and SOS knew this and still entered into a contract. What they are clearly overlooking is that the customer pays their salaries.
