SOS Protect is the worst security company in the South!!!!!!!!

Signed up with SOS protect, received a call to book time for the technicians to install the radio add the branding on my gate as well as installing the alarm in the cottage. The technicians ended up coming so late so we had to reschedule as i needed to book leave to be there. The technicians actually ****t everything up and left with nothing working but when they arrived at my house everything was working, i had to call the SOS customer line for assistance as it was a Friday and i wanted my house alarm to at least work before the weekend as they left after switching it off. The technicians eventually came back after 10pm at night because i was not giving them another day to fix my alarm and to finish with the partitions as they messed it up. The guys ended up leaving after 11pm and they were in and out the main bedroom so my kids age 4 and 2 couldnt sleep and had to wait to get into bed after they left and that was after 11pm to 12pm. I asked when this will be fixed as i havent heard anything in 3weeks and now i get quoted over a R1000 for a **** up that the technicians made. I request a call to have my cancellation processed as i was promised that my services with SOS is strictly month to month.
