Poor Service

Good Day

I am very disappointed in the service received from SOS Protect. I requested a quote for panic buttons the day the technician came to install the panics we requested that he gives us a quote on outside beams and remotes that we can activate and deactivate the alarm from outside which he done. I had to call Sos several times requesting foe the quote to be send to me which eventually i received it and paid for it. The tech came to install the equipment on that day the tech told us that the beam will not work because of the dogs he also told us that no remote was quoted. What i do not understand is what did the previous tech not tell us that it will not work why was everything we requested not put on the quote. The tech left my premises with the beams not working. I am paying for something that is not working i reported the matter to the manager who came out to inspect the work he also felt that the work done was not done properly, All i am getting from Sos is that they will be looking into my query and that they will get back to me. I need to get me remotes i request as well as the beams working
