Who are the real *********?

Requested a technician to service alarm and paid a callout fee. The technician changed the radio & transmitter without informing me & without programming my remote panic alarms. 4 days later when I realised they were not working I was told I need to pay another callout fee because their technician did not complete his job. Apparently every time SOS comes to your home you need to pay a callout fee even if they at fault. When I took the matter up with the technical manager he banged the phone down on me as he is not interested. Now you tell me who the real ********* are? White collar crime rears it's ugly head
