Terrible customer service

<p>We have not slept for the past 3 hours our alarm started going at 11:35(10/11/16) the response people came and when they arrived they asked us what's going on, how are we supposed to know what's going on????? After insisting that it's just the weather and that we shouldn't panic they left. Since that time the alarm has been continuously going off and we never heard from the response people . When we call you to bring someone to at least make sure that we are safe you have the nerve to speak to us like we are paranoid, insane people. This is our safety at stake, children writing exams and haven't slept, I'm appauled... The least you can do is to give your customers a sense of comfort and security... it is now 1:51 am (11/11/16) and still nothing.</p> <p> </p> <p>I'M NOT SURE WHY WE EVEN BOTHERED TAKING UP SOS. </p>
