SOS no reaction

<p>We have been with SOS for a few months and our alarm has gone off 3 times. Each time there has been a technical issue which has resulted in SOS either being delayed, not being able to get into our complex or not getting a notification at all that our alarm went off and therefore not reacting at all. All 3 times an issue. <br />These "technical" issues cannot happen on a regular basis where security is involved.<br /> SOS is a false sense of security.<br />They do not deliver.<br />Their custom service when handling with complaints is terrible, they do not understand the urgent attention to security yet they are a security company.<br />I would not recommend anyone take out a contract with SOS.<br />Please do your homework before signing with them, they are not up to standard of a security company especially in South Africa.</p> <p> </p>
