Poor service while in danger
Their control room staff members are not friendly, not responsive to alarm promptly and don’t communicate with client until you call them. On 09 October 2020 I had a bad experience with Brendon who treated me badly. This was 3rd time in less than 30 days. Please don’t support this business for your safety and peace of mind. Warning ⚠️
