NO RESPONSE FROM ARMED RESPONSE

External alarm goes off on Monday morning 2am and i ask SOS to please come and check as I do not know why it has gone off. Response pitched up at 6:15am and i am suppose to be happy that they even pitched up! According to the manager a vehicle came out and he did not have my keys with him it was in another vehicle. So he never bothered to check if we are ok. Manager claims i must leave my house keys in a box outside my premises so that SOS or ******* can enter my home welcomingly. Where does your manager reside if she thinks that ********* cannot open the box attached to the wall. When my house was burgled the ********* ripped the wall bolted safe out of the wall like they were having lunch!!!!!<br> And this is not the first time......
