I would never recommend SOS protect sure, they do not care about customers

I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for security service/armed response. It have been more than 3 years since a technician came to fix our alarm and actually broke it instead of fixing it. After numerous complaints in vain, I started reversing debit orders for armed response since I could not arm the alarm and no one was attending to that complaint. Then the put my account in collections process +- 3 years ago, I complained and even escalated to the service manager and manager, no one was attending to my issue. Now this year 2019 they sent my account to debt collectors then I started o contact them again and sent my story to the service manager and manager, still no response. But the debt collectors keep phoning me, and they say they can not take my message to SOS as the are only hired to collect.

So I am writing this review in hopes that they care about hello peter complaints, although I see they never respond. If anything, I will be able to use this as evidence of the many ways I have been trying to get their attention, should they damage my credit record, since going to their offices and writing emails, numerous emails has not triggered any response.
