Guard fast asleep

I visited a company that operates on a 24/7 basis in the aspen hills office park. Upon attempting to leave, when I reached the boom gate, there was no guard in the guard house. It took 20 minutes, a call to the operations call centre and D&D security to radio someone, for the guard on duty to finally awake from hus slumber and open the boom for me.
