Bad service and bad attitude

Please read this before joining SOS for alarm reaction. During the 3-4 years that I have been with SOS, I had numerous break-ins at my shop. Every time my alarm was either not working or damaged so that no reaction was sent. A few times theives opened my roof and entered, leaving a hole of a few meters, which the reaction person did not even notice and sent me a message that all is well at the premises. It got so bad that I installed a second alarm system from Chub, which saved my but. The SOS alarm triggers at least 10 times per month for no reason. Chub system only when there is a real problem. In November I had a break-in again. The perpetrators damaged the SOS alarm. Their unit reported all is well. Chub called me to say there is a problem. Vic ( my contact person at SOS) arranged to fix the alarm after days of waiting. Last week I tested my panic buttons. Not one is working. Vic discovers that the technician did not replace the transmitters.Vic arranges for repair, but only after 3 days. Monday, nothing done. I phone Vic on Tuesday to tell him I found the transmitters.<br> He makes an appointment for Tuesday. Never comes. What pathetic service. Think twice and more people.
