ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!

Absolutely ********. This is BY FAR the most dishonest, arrogant and pathetic company I've ever dealt with.

They hook you by offering a services on roller doors for R85, but when they pitch up things change dramatically. They came to our business after phoning and offering this R85 special, and started "servicing" the doors. Later on the "Manager" said that the one doors is faulty and they would like to take it in to quote. At that point I told him that I am not going to spend thousands of rands on the door, as it was working fairly fine before they arrived. He said that he could not guess the amount as he does not determine it (which is also a lie, he runs the company). A couple of hours later they phoned with a quote of about R5000, which we promptly declined. They brought back the door and re-assembled it. Unfortunately I did not check the door properly before my left (biggest mistake). The door now falls down at a dangerous speed, because they did not put back both of the the tension coils that help counter the weight of the door!

I've made several phone calls to the "manager" (Peet or Petrus or something like that). He is extremely arrogant over the phone, reckoning me that I did not want to pay the money, so it's MY PROBLEM. Every phone call to him ends up with him simply hanging up after telling me that I'm wasting my time, I shouldn't phone him any more.

I actually cannot put it in words how extremely pathetic this company is, without using words not appropriate to this site.

So please be warned, STAY VERY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!
