Rude, disgusting customer service

We had SOS install our PVR and connect it with our single view on 29 Sep 2015. In Dec our single view wasn't working and we didn't call them straight away. My husband went into the roof to have a look at the dish and saw that the adapter was not installed properly and was being held together by zip ties!! When I called in January ( 5 days after warranty expired), they did not care! The management was rude and defensive and did not care about any bad publicity or complaints. I find it quite sad how companies today treat their clients with such a bad attitude!
