Never again

After phoning the whole day trying to find out when the installers will come and install my DSTV they only arrive at 17:30 (when I was phoned on monday and arranged that they come and install it at 12:00 on the Wednesday). Looking like a bunch of homeless persons. To make matters worse the installers had the worst customer manner imaginable. They were drilling holes and making a mess which after they left I had to clean. The work they have done was of such poor quality my gardener would have done a better job. I will never use SOSaudiovisual again and certainly not recommended them to anybody. Poor service from start to finish. Pathetic beyond words!!!
