Inflexible on contract periods

Advertise that they are flexible, yet are not able to offer a month to month contract for an Edenvale resident. When I asked questions on what other options are available on an open whats app group, in a polite way, I get blocked. As explained, I am happy to pay a lot more for good service, but would prefer not to be tied into a 24 month contract. As soon as you request something out of their parameters they would rather block you than open a discussion.
