Disgusting Experience at Sorriso Restaurant Portuguese Club

We booked at the sorriso restaurant at the Portuguese club in Rugby, Cape Town for 24 Senior Ladies, it was our Xmas Party. We were promised A Fabulous Evening with music, karaoke and dancing. I went there personally to book and pay a deposit, and was shown where our table would be. Long story short, when we got to the restaurant, they had booked another event for inside and put us outside in the cold. When I said I was Not Happy, the owner told us "if you're not happy leave my Premises" he was Rude and Disrespectful, he Disgusted me. Our transport had already left and the ladies decided to make the best of it. They gave us blankets for the cold. We were told that normally they charge for tablecloths, so we were supposed to be happy that we're not eating on bare tables. The next day I sent a whattsap message to Laura whom I had been dealing with, she read the message immediately and up to now has not had the decency to acknowledge or apologise.
