Wrong product and over priced
Over the weekend I made a appointment with sorbet grove for soak off and gelish as I dont have time during the week with work. Over the phone the lafy was friendy and made the appointment, confirming my number 3 times and when I got there she still got it wrong. The soak off when well and re appling is the first mistake, i asked for gelish and she started applying biosculpter gel as they didn't have the correct base coat in stock, i left it and let her carry on, then I asked for white gel on my ring fingers with gliter stripes, the white bottle gel was also finished and she had to turn the bottle 3 times up side down to get out the white to apply. While sitting there they even when to the one cupboard by the nail products and made a list of products to be ordered I guess as they weren't stocked up as supposed to be. She then app**** the stripes and said the glitter is to much and retried with a greyish colour with less gliters in, when finished it did not look at all what i have shown her then she said we must try the lines pink like the other, the stripes is un even en it doesn't look good. At the paypoint I ending up with paying R570 instead of R370. She told me then I can come back anytime to get it fixed.... Which I assume I also need to pay for it. I was really disgust and just wanted to get out of there. Got at home where iI then also saw the last ring finger se did didn't even had the last top coat on... That was really not woth the amount paid and the right products used and definitely won't step into a sorbet again.
