Worst Service Ever!

Just received the worst possible service from the staff at Sorbet Wonder. I booked an appointment and notified them that my friend an I would be late, Busi was utterly rude and disrespectful not only over the phone but in person as well. When we walked in, all 5 just stared at us, no warm reception at all then they kept us waiting without letting us know what exactly we're waiting for. They only attended us 10mins later when we were standing up to leave. Busi was visibly annoyed and continued to be rude while doing my nails, totally disengaged makin the customer feel uncomfortable. At the end of our manicure she instructs me to go wash my hands and when I return she's left, so she didn't even apply the cuticle oil which my friend received from Euphodia. When we told the ladies that they really should be friendlier, the response was "You shouldn't be late". The Nerve! Busi's name badge was even turned inwards so as to hide her name when we paid. I am not happy with the service we received, birthday gift to my friend totally ruined. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone ever!
