Worst Quality of Gelish I've ever experienced

I had Gelish done last week, the next day they started chipping/forming small bubbles underneath the surface. I called back to complain and they were very helpful and told me to go back and redo them. I did so and am now experiencing the same thing? They have started chipping again (after 2 DAYS!!) I've never experienced such bad quality before? and I'm certainly not going back as it I definitely did not get my money's worth since I have to go do them AGAIN this week!!!
