Worst place ever to go

I phoned and booked for a hair cut and shave Went to the store and was greeted by rude personal behind the desk who acted like they were doing me a favour to be there I was shown to a chair in silence then left there blindly with no one around Eventually a "stylist" came over and preceded to tell me about how he has diarrhea and was not feeling well and may have to "run" to bathroom Was never offered a drink or anything while i was there I had a quick cut which was terrible and left

I went there expecting a relaxing time after listening to the lady on 93.8 tell me about a nice relaxing time they offered to there customers I was the worst experience i have ever had I went to a normal barber after to get my bad haircut rectified I skipped the shave as i wasnt comfortable for them to do it with a razer sharp knife close to my neck I would avoid the stress of going to sorbet for anything I tried calling there help line but always just rings, no-one ever answers it ***
