Worst Experience - Sorbet Brooklyn Mall

I had the worst experience at the Sorbet in Brooklyn Mall on the 6th of May, and I think it is important to share my experience. I really wouldn't advice anyone to get their treatments done there, especially if you want to be in a relaxing and friendly environment.

I booked for bio sculpture nails and when I got there I asked the lady who was supposed to do my nails about the different options for bio sculpture (Gel, acrylic, EV), etc.), because I wanted to know what would be the best option for brittle nails. She couldn't explain any of the product to me and she looked annoyed that I would even want to ask about it.

Throughout the whole treatment she would ignore me if I said anything or if I had a question, and then she would talk and laugh with her ***orkers. Even though I was friendly from the moment I walked in there, it is as if she decided she was going to be rude and dismissive towards me for no reason.

The WORST part is she asked me about the length of the nails and as I looked down at my nails to see if I like the length, she rudely told me: "We're going to move on because you're wasting my time!". I was so shocked. Is this the type of people that Sorbet wants as employees? They will drive away all business. It's rude and pathetic. If she wanted to get bio sculpture nails done in under an hour, that's not my problem, because I booked for it.

It is already so expensive to get your nails done, and when you decide to spoil yourself (As I was getting my nails done for my birthday) you get this type of service. I could not get out of there fast enough, it was such a **** experience and I will not support them again.

It would be great if someone from top management can phone me regarding this incident, because they won't have many clients left if things continue this way. And of course if you try phoning "customer support", no one answers the phone.

Good day, Chene

We apologise for what has happened. That is not the Sorbet experience we want for any of our guests. We have escalated this to our guest relations department, a representative will be in touch.

 Kind regards,
