Worst experience at Sorbet Man Clearwater Mall

Worst experience of our life. On the 27th of December 2020 I bought a voucher at Sorbet Man Fourways for my husband to use when he wanted to. Fourways Sorbet said we can use it at any Sorbet Man. Today we went and my husband had his treatments at Sorbet Clearwater mall.

When we wanted to pay with the voucher which I purchased and had proof of the payment, the lady at the front told us that nothing was loaded onto the voucher!

We tried to calmly explain but she just would not listen and said we must pay the amount of the voucher or we won't be allowed to leave the store.

No matter how hard we tried to explain she just would not let us speak. She then phoned Clearwater Mall security! Even the security understood the situation!!

The lady from Sorbet Fourways phoned the Clearwater branch and tried to explain that there system was offline on the day we purchased and that she was fixing it. The lady in the Clearwater branch yelled to her that she was lying!

At this stage I was so upset because they really made us feel like *********! And this while I am 6 months pregnant!

One of the barbers then walked out with my husband, we explained to him - he fully understood and matter resolved!!!

We phoned the SAP to come and assist and the lady at the Clearwater branch was arrogant and raising her voice. She also refused to show her credentials when the SAP asked for it.

We will be taking this matter further because NO ONE deserves the treatment we received by Sorbet Man Clearwater!!!
