Worst experience at Sorbet
My terrible experience with Sorbet - Pavillion Mall - Westville: Now that my birthday is over, I'm ready to share this experience. My appointment was made, I arrived exactly the time of appointment. I was told to come back in 20 mins as the nail tech was running late with current client. I set a timer and came back In 20 mins, only to be told the nail technician is still busy. After patiently waiting all this time, I was asked to return the day after. I said no that won't be possible as I have plans and came to this specific mall especially for this appointment so no it isn't feasible to come back another day. From 17:40, I only got to be seated with the nail technician at approx. 7pm (closing time) It was a tiring work day before my birthday, I had plans the next day and wasn't willing to come back another day.
I must add that the nail tech did good and I was happy with my nails as I usually am at the other branch but! The technician cut off my cuticles a bit too abruptly causing 3 to 4 cuticles to bleed alot - it was horrifying. I started to panic as this has never happened before. I FEARED GETTING INFECTIONS AND OTHER NAIL ISSUES. I also attended a nail tech course previously with an international Group and I know this shouldn't bleed especially so many fingers bled. The technician had to get tissue to wipe off my blood. It was that bad. This was a very miserable and painful experience for me and I don't think I'll ever go back to Sorbet or recommend this branch to my friends and family.
