Worst blow wave ever

I popped in at the Killarney Mall dry bar for the first time this morning. Fortunately I managed to get a space to do my hair as I didn't have an appointment. After washing and taking me to a seat, the stylist advised me on the condition of my hair. My scalp is extremely dry as I have eczema. Almost as she was done, she commented on how oily my hair was. I found this strange as my hair is extremely dry- especially after a wash- and a blow wave lasts me quite a few days. I've just now found out why she said my hair is oily- the lady who washed it didn't wash it properly. My blow wave is suddenly flat and I've had to wash my hair again now- wasting the R170 blow wave I had done this morning. This never happens at Carlton where I usually use the dry bar- they are also cheaper by the way. I just so happened to be in Killarney mall today and decided to try sorbet out. Yes my hair is thick- but shouldnt it get a clean wash at sorbet regardless of how thick it is? Very disappointed at this level of service.
