Worst Birthday spoil idea

<p>I wanted to spoil my mom and made the worst mistake ever by bringing her to Sorbet at Cresta (upper floor). The staff are so rude and disorganized. The salon is extremely untidy, they run late without at least offering a glass of water. My mom asked for one but it felt like we insulted them more than anything. You don't have a clue where to go. We went ahead and assumed our seats with no assistance. </p> <p>I could go ahead and complain about a lot more but I just wanted to make the occasion a bit more special for my mom. </p> <p>Thanks for nothing guys. </p>
