Without fail, they will fail

Over the course of 4 years, every experience I have had with several different sorbet branches (Brooklyn mall, the Grove mall, Woodlands mall, Mall of Africa) was absolutely infuriating due to the horrible attitude and client service. Lost appointments, unwillingness to assist or answer the phone, general bad attitude and eagerness to get a client out of the shop as long before closing time as possible. Generally, I don't feel welcome at all and will henceforth be taking my business elsewhere.
