Why is the hairdresser doing my nails?

I am writing this review specifically about the Sorbet Drybar, at the Table Bay Mall in Blouberg Cape Town. This has been my go to Sorbet since I moved to Blouberg about 5 years ago and I have been generally happy with the service. However I feel like I need to report my last visit as I was ignored even by the owner of the salon who was at the salon when I was receiving terrible service. First of all the manager who took my appointment got the request wrong and did not book my gel application on my hands. I was not surprised as she couldn't even get my cellphone number correct. When I realised the issue I asked that the owner assist with resolving and she did not even speak directly to me. Instead she assigned a HAIRDRESSER to do my nails. Needless to say my nails did not last and it was a huge waste of money.
