Victimizing clients and poor employee workmanship

My original appointment was 27 December 16:00 at Sorbet L Corro Northcliff, my first thought after I got home was how sloppy my nails were done. My corners weren't filed down and my nails were still very dirty from the product underneath. Another appointment was made 29 December to fix the my nails, as some of the nails polish have started to chip of, my nails broke/chipped and lifed on the side. Obviously I wasn't happy at all, Sorbet charges a lot for their services, thus you expect excellence. While walking into Sorbet L Corro I was greated with such hostility that I felt uncomfortable, I showed them what was going on with my nails and I was laughed at in my face. They then proceeded to man handle me while trying to remove my nails and send me on my way. Which is completely unprofessional, meaning they wanted to remove the horrible product and keep my money and tell me to leave. I then proceeded to tell the lady, if she doesn't want to do this, she should let me know, as she is very rude and hostile, victimizing me in the shop. They can give me my money and I will go to another Sorbet. After my money was eventually refunded, I was rudely left at the table. Sorbet stands for excellence and quality! I got neither. They made me feel ashamed for complaining about their poor work, and went further by humiliating me in front of customers. This is not on, the owner Helen should rethink her strategy going forward, as you are in a client service industry!
