very rude, unprofessional, and nosy and never on time.

made a booking for gellish. i called to ask if i could be 15 min late, the lady that answered very rude, didn't even greet, hello, or anything, unfriendly, not up to it type of thing. she said NO absolutly not, the lady that was gonna do my gellish, was back on back and has someone immediatly after me. Rushed, blood sugar drop and all, put my lunch in the fridge and rushed of. got there on the dot... i asked where is she " another one now in the front" the one that answered hiding in the back, said, she is still busy with another client.... couldnt understand, as there is someone after me.... i waited 5,10,15.20 minutes, left and promised myself never to go back to this Sorbet Dainfern Square.... at least in the past you use to get a cappuchino, but as the price went up, and the service went down, the cappuchino also went... you want these treatments to be a treat but land up in stress.... by the way, this was not the 1st time, it happened plenty times, and the one time, i ordered the colour a week before the time, got there, removed old gellish, and guess what, they didnt have my colour, how terrible.
