Very disappointed client

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Sorbet Durbanville – Village Square.

I booked a lash tint appointment about a week in advance. An hour before my appointment I received a call from reception asking if I could come 15 minutes earlier because one of the the******s was running late. I made the effort to do so, yet I still had to wait for more than 5 minutes when I arrived.

Once the treatment started, the tint was only left on for a few minutes before the the****** started removing it. I mentioned that it had not been on long enough, and she responded by saying that she only had 15 minutes. She also said that the tint had been on for 7 minutes. My appointment was booked as a 30-minute treatment on the app, so I do not understand why I only received half the time.

As a result, my lashes are still light and there is almost no visible difference. I wasted both my time and money, despite accommodating the salon’s request to arrive earlier.

I would appreciate it if this matter could be addressed and if I could be offered either a refund or for the treatment to be redone properly.

Very disappointed.
