Very disappointed

I've been a client at your menlyn branch for years. Two Days ago I went for a brow and lip wax and tint. I thought it strange that wax was app**** on my whole mouth, I had to close my mouth and it was app**** litually from my nose to under my bottom lip. It was very painful. It was app**** twice. I am now sitting with huge blisters on my top lip that is very painful and ugly. My brows Shape was changed completely. I had perfectly shaped brows now I have old styled thin straight ugly brows. Honestly very disappointed. I spoke to my son's girlfriend and she mentioned that she stopped going there due to also having blisters on her lips I did lodge a complaint via email but no response
