Very disappointed

<p>After 2 yrs I visited a sorbet store, this being mall of africa. I purchased a product and handed my rewards card to the cashier. She swiped the card and my clicks club card and then went on to update my details. In my mind, my points were uploaded and details updated...happiness...I was back to being a Sorbet client...recently i went to the Carlswald branch and purchased another product, when it came to the cashing up part, I handed the lady my sorbet rewards card only to find out that Sorbet doesnt use these cards anymore and that my details were not updated. I am so dissapointed and frustrated in Mall of Africa I dont think I will go back because to me its as if they dont value me as a client and they lie!</p> <p> </p>
