Very bad service

I went for a haircut at the Sorbet Man at Menlyn Maine and the guy that cut my hair, Kylen, did not at all listen to how i wanted my hair or even looked at the photo is howed him. He seemed very distracted chatting to his friend and he felt in a rush to finish. In the end he cut off almost all my hair when in the photo is showed him and how i explained i the style has longer hair at the top like my hair was. I am not satisfied with that service. It is not at all what i asked for or even showed in a picture, not even close.
