Utterly disappointed

I have been a loyal Sorbet customer. I have been doing my nails with them religiously for years. I decided to try out the Sorbet located in Greenstone. I have never received such terrible service from a place I enjoy going to. The nail technician who attended to me was rude, unfriendly and impatient. She didn't offer me any to drink, she was rude when she spoke to me. So impatient that she filed on my nails so badly that they were visibly red, and so painful that when I had to put them under the to cure them the pain was unbearable. I felt so uncomfortable, she didn't listen to any direction. My nails weren't the size I wanted, they were visibly uneven. She then rushed to attend to another customer, even though I was clearly dissatisfied.

The experience was so bad that I just wanted to get out of there. I had to ask for 3 of my nails to be re-done. The technician who dealt with me initially didn't want to assist me, and had another lady do my nails. To say that I am disappointed is an understatement. I always look forward to my Sorbet experience, but I am even considering finding another company to do my nails. Sorbet, you have let me down.
