Useless services

I went to do my nails last week and Saturday morning at sorbet karaglen. My gel on top of my acyclic started chipping the Sunday. The Monday phoned the salon and the owner was not available. the Tuesday she phone me back and was ******** about it. Since then reported to the head office, the lady that contact me, said she referred the case to the area manager. as my nails got worse, the one nail actually broke, she said she will send me a voucher this morning. A week and 2 days after I paid for a set of nails.. with one nail broken and gel chipping, I got a R120 voucher for a R500 service that was not on standard. Area manager yet to phone me..... I am a professional and my nails look terrible.....
