Upset customer

Sorbet online booking app is pathetic. I have used this application and I have complained to the Rivonia store manager Devon on several occasions that the app does not list all the treatment items and it stuff ups appointments with the******. I have had another bad experience today. I have decided if Sorbet cannot appreciate the customers feedback and donot take action then they don't deserve my business. They have amazing and experienced the****** that makes you feel great when you visit.
