Unwillingness to assist and No response from Sorbe

I purchased a Sorbet skin massager/rejuvenator (blue one) at Clicks (The Grove Mall Pretoria) some time last year. The problem is that it does not charge at all (the light comes on but it does not charge - so once I unplug it, it does not work) <br> I have been back to Clicks but they refer me to Sorbet. I have being to the Sorbet branch in the Grove Mall but they also cannot/do not want to help me.<br> It is my understanding, in terms of the Clicks Sorbet return policy, that I can return any product I do not want, without any fuss or problems. <br> I have emailed Sorbet directly on 4 occasions now and to date NO ONE has bothered to acknowledge receipt or respond.<br> <br> This is unacceptable service !
