Unprofessional Stylists

I had made an appointment at your hairbar in Farrarmere a week in advance for the 25 July 2024. I asked the receptionist several times if the hairdressers are qualified. She answered my question like it was an unusual question to ask. She assured me ALL hairdressers hired by Sorbet are professional and proceeded to confirm my booking.

Only for me to arrive at my appointment on 25 July 2024 and be told that the hairdresser they allocated cannot style my hair as per my request as she does not know how to. I had showed a a pic of a layered pixie cut which is common and not unusual. A professional stylist's response would have never have been like the one I experienced. I left the salon after being severely inconvenienced and had to urgently try to find another salon . I will never use sorbet again based on the unprofessional staff being hired. My time was wasted!

Franchises that cannot be managed properly should be closed. Farrarmere Benoni is damaging the Sorbet brand.
