Unprofessional Poor Service /Sorbet Kolonnade

Extremely poor service received from Sorbet Kolonnade Shopping Centre on 25 October'25 and 26 October'25, which now have dire consequences for my nails.

I had an appointment for the morning of 25 Oct'25 at 09h00 for hands and toes gel soak off and then hands and nails gel overlay.

The appointment was extremely rushed, to the point that the next client was seated next to me, waiting for the the******.

The result was extremely uneven nails with bumps everywhere. When I got home there were air bubbles which could be moved when pressed. The back ends lifted as it was thicker than the rest of applications.

I called the next day to find out if they can remove it and refund me in order to go to another salon. They booked another appontment for me to redo the nails.

They were apologetic and proceeded to remove the gel, mostly with a file as they did not soak the nails long enough. Then more file work after the gel was removed... The result being super thin, chipped, wrecked nails.

My nails were healthy and long when I went for the initial appointment and I was wearing sorbet gel overlay for more than 4 weeks prior.

Would not recommend using their services for nails!
