Unprofessional finish from Sorbet Ballito

Sorbet Ballito. I took my cousin from Germany with me for a pedi. The lady who worked on her made no attempt to converse with her or make eye contact. For myself I requested a simultaneous mani and pedi. This appeared to be problematic, as there was no space for 2 people to work on my nails at the same time. It was quite claustrophobic! The pedi wasn't bad (apart from the technician smudging the same nail, twice), but I could have done a better job myself with the mani. My nails were all different lengths, the product they used was old and thick and the top coat had a "tideline", i.e. it was not neatly app**** to the edges of my nails. I found the result hugely unprofessional, went home and removed the nail polish, filed my nails to the same length, and redid the polish. I will never set foot in Sorbet again.
